The Menu:

1st Cicchetto: Bresaola-Style Involtino 
Bresaola-Style roll with soft plant-based cheese, plant-based yogurt, walnuts, basil, parsley and melon wrapped in chives with a drizzle of olive oil and pistachio crumble. 

Bresaola is a traditional Italian cured meat that originates from the Lombardy region in Northern Italy and is known for its lean and delicate flavour. 

2nd Cicchetto: ‘Nduja-Style on Grilled Polenta 
Nduja-Style Spread and dill layered on grilled Polenta (slightly spicy). 

Our 'Nduja-style spread, is an evolution of the fiery and meaty Calabrian delicacy. Following its traditional process, our ‘Nduja-Style spread is crafted from a harmonious blend of our signature plant-based meats with the addition of some chilli. 

3rd Cicchetto: Späck-Style Involtino
Späck-Style roll with courgette, plant-based soft cheese and olives on sourdough bread. 

Our Späck-Style Slices feature a blend of smoky, salty and herbal flavours. Inspired from the smoked cured charcuterie slice from South Tyrol, Italy, our Späck is expertly seasoned and lightly smoked, offering a robust, smoky taste perfectly balanced by salty notes. 

4th Cicchetto: Pastrami-Style Cicchetto Pastrami-Style slice, soft plant-based cheese, sauerkraut, pickle and mustard on sourdough bread. 

Inspired by the much loved staple of New York cuisine, our Pastrami-Style Slices are aromatic, savoury, slightly smoky in flavour and fantastically tender.
